Hale Reynolds

Hale is a leading aerospace innovator who has worked on many of the most successful space programs, including several traditional geostationary (GEO) telecommunications satellites, and non-traditional non-GEO (NGSO) telecommunications and remote sensing satellites. Hale has expertise and a record of success in legacy and innovative approaches to satellite and mission design and production, fundraising, supply chain management, strategic partnerships, business development, product development, and research and development. Hale also has deep technical knowledge across all satellite subsystems, and in the areas of advanced manufacturing and automation, antenna systems, advanced materials, additive manufacturing, robotics, and remote sensing.

Previously, Hale held senior roles at SSL (MAXAR), MDA, was a founding team member at Astranis, and was the founder and CEO of the startup, Spotcoms. A Silicon Valley native, Hale graduated from UC Berkeley, as a double-major in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering. He is a champion of innovation and innovators, and he is an out-of-the-box thinker.
